Technology
BR.net is a web-based solution that is based on Microsoft .NET platform and includes a common infrastructure for data collection and information management. This has been implemented as a two-system landscape – one for Production and another for Test/QA. The production system is the live application environment in which all day-to-day transactions are entered and reports generated. The Test/QA System is to be used exclusively for carrying out User Acceptance Testing of any changes being introduced by BR.net, before they are allowed to be incorporated into the production environment. The Test/QA Systems are refreshed with the latest production database when there is a requirement to test changes to ensure a proper foundation for carrying out the quality assurance and data integrity checks.BR.net is providing the Loan Management System by which all the database is stored. The company will have AMC with software Provider – Crafts silicon on yearly basis for technical support. There is Daily and Weekly Full database Backup taken for recovery in case of system crash or other such issues – with a plan to conduct at least two drills a year to ensure the systems can be restored and operations can continue as intended.
